WSO Hobbies was born from the desperation of 2 kids, one aged 18 months and mad on Thomas The Tank Engine, the other 30 (and a bit) and mad on trains (the small sort which go in the loft as well as the full sized ones), who both wanted a single source for all their train requirements. Very few places offer the complete choice of items at sensible prices – hence the idea of WSO Hobbies.

With a stock range covering all of the Tomy Track Master range, Wooden Thomas and Taken Along Thomas The Tank Engine items from RC2 (Learning Curve) and Thomas The Tank Engine from Hornby as well as many discontinued items we have one of the largest ranges of Thomas characters available in the UK.

Now in our fourth year:- with the full Take Along Bob the Builder, Dora The Explorer and Diego ranges to go with Thomas and Friends we have also expanded into Farm Models. We now have the full range of Britains Farm and Country and ERTL and also the full Siku range as well as farm buildings to go with them. We also stock Sylvanian Familes, K'Nex and an ever increasing range from Hornby including the complete Thomas and Friends range - things are growing - watch the site for some exciting new additions during the coming months including Schleich, Playmobile, BRIO, Meccano and more.

We aim to deliver the small company friendly and personal service whilst maintaining the large company stock levels and buying power with fast efficient delivery options hence fulfilling our original aim of offering a full choice of items at low, sensible prices.
